"When I go into a room, I dont have the little boxes showing PM Poke Block. How can I change this?"
If you mean that they don't appear against your own name, this is because you can't PM/Poke/Block yourself. Can you see the buttons (or at least the Block) against other people's names?

look just above the ppls names when you are in chat it is a box above those and below your cam box and you have a choice to let everybody or nobody or friends only to pm u etc.,  |
