FILTERS NOT WORKING

I have message filters on that under 38 years of age unless they have contacted me previously etc., cannot contact me now yet they dont work as i have just had a message from a 36 year old who joined a week ago HELP PLEASE

Click report via his message, it may be that he was on here before, contacted you before the filters came in then deleted his profile but came back with the same name, perhaps the system recognises that he has messaged you before and not blocked him

Could they be changing age to get past filter then changing back once message sent??

Since this post is a few weeks old... You may have changed it since then, but your age range (and therefore age filters) start at 34 not 38??
