Profile changed from couple to male automatically

Our profile has been changed from couple to male and now all our pics of Mrs say they’re rejected. We didn’t change anything and have verifications showing we’re a couple. We didn’t change anything . How does this happen and who should we contact ? |

Yet we’ve paid for the couples profile and only a few months in. Surely under consumer law Fab should fix this issue at no cost as it’s either a bug or some admin making a decision. Who do you contact to fix this ? |

It isn't a bug. A profile will be changed to the right one if reported as being the wrong one.
If you don't agree with the decision or you think a mistake has been made then you can ask Admin from the contact links to review for you.
