We are unable to put anything on our status it has been like this for over a year now.we have asked before but nothing is done about it, can we at least be told why? |

You could request a review, I believe given length of time but also get some understanding why you received your original ban and hopefully get some kind of resolution

That's the simple answer, but at times people don't know what they may have accidentally done without thinking
Most ignore the FAQ or even reading the rules and both of them actually help |

If you have messaged admin and they have not replied I think you can probably say it's a permanent ban. |

We have had the sme problem and I have sent numerous emails to admin to rectify it as was only a 5 day ban and everything go back to normal but it hasn't. Get absolutely no response from admin so good luck... Best of creating a new profile. |

If they are going to lift the block they will mail and let you know. If you don't get an answer back they will have reviewed your contact and decided the block is staying. |

I think I know why it was
It was for calling out someone who abused us because we said we didn't want to meet. And they were proper swearing and calling us names (should we just put up with the abuse which is happening more and more now) And it would be nice to be told instead of just being banned and maybe for admin to look at the messages before banning people and maybe instead ban the abuser. |

And that is why there is a report button on every message, so you can easily report any abusive messages instead of taking matters into your own hands and breaking the site rules yourself.
Just block, report and move on. |
