Unable to access account

A friend has lost access to their account, has tried resetting password option but get nothing via email even though get emails of notifications I.e. messages etc, have sent a message direct to owner but no response, any help?

The person themselves has to ask for help. They should start a new profile and ask Admin for help from the contact links
