Why do message filters not work on both couples ages? I've just had a couple messsge me with one above my age limit. Can this be looked at? Filters are there for a reason and this feels like a big gap |

I think in some cases it is but other times a warning
Would be better without any warning and just unable to message as it gets bypassed by ignoring it |

Age filters dont give you a warning they are just blocked but if one person of a couole meets your wants then they can message.. yes its daft! |

I'll have to disagree with this because I've had the opposite problem numerous times.
Quite a few couples have messaged me where the male half falls within my age filters but the female half is 10, 15 or even 20 years below my filters.
I've also had a few single woman profiles which were changed to couples profiles by admin for various reasons also able to contact me despite the woman being well outside my age filters.
There is definitely a glitch in the matrix. |

It only goes by if one of the couple is within your filters then that profile can message. |
