Only admin can change it you would need to ask them from the contact button, as your verified the usual advice is just make another profile you need a different email address though

If you create a new couples profile do you have to still keep your old singles profile going in order to keep the verifications you’ve built up over the years?

It's up to you if you want to keep your single profile but if you do you can reference it in your couples one so people can go look at your veris.
