My profile has changed to a couple profile. It should be a single profile

Probably because at the top of your profile it says "looking for a lady to join me and my friend".

Someone will have reported you as being a couple.

This^ “ Looking for a lady to join me and my friend (M)” indicates you are permanently looking as a couple as it’s always there as part of your profile. Change that and put it in as a status rather than the profile. Then apply to be put back to single.
