Hi, need a little help please.

We have lost/can't remember our password on here so we want to start afresh and load a new one. I can't see how to do this seemingly simple task. Any ideas??

I have requested my password be resent many times, but had no help what so ever.

My account page left hand side scroll down to DELETE ACCOUNT
