1 Unread message but nothing new!

For 3 days now my page display "1 unread" in yellow, however I have opened all my messages and there's nothing new.

How do I make this go away??

It usually happens when someone sends a message right after another message and u open the thread am sure it goes after time, or a read you could revert back to the old mailbox style but not sure how to do that nowadays

yeah happens a fair bit , try deleting it on mobile site as well as desktop site

ya might have to delete all ya read messages, its a glitch
