Video being uploaded of me on single man profile
Jump to: Newest in thread
Hi,
Someone I met with a couple months ago has posted a video of me on their profile public videos. I asked them to remove it but no reply so I reported it. I'm blocked from their profile now but the video is still there (checked from my couples profile). Does rhe block happen as soon as you report someone? I know I won't hear anything back about the report but its pretty much just my face (blindfolded but you can see the rest of my face and hair) and his cock. How did this get approved? |

I would 100% report this to the police. This is a crime.
This has happened to me before and I reported it to the police. |

I had the same thing. I had a meeting a few years ago. When the alleged Husband and his friend wanted to film his wife with another guy for solely personal use. His friend was apparently very good with editing etc. I was young and very stupid!
When I was scrolling through a well known Porn site. I came across the video. As I have a Job where this could potentially have damaging consequences. I contacted the porn site to get it taken down. They refused as they said I did not have the copyright.
Any suggestions to what to do. |

Having a similar issue with people doing this with videos of me. I’ve reported the videos a few times and the account but as far as I’m aware the videos are still up and they have blocked me now. |

You all need to understand that in the U.K. if you stand in front of a camera then the © belongs to the creator, regardless of whether you said "don't put this up for public viewing". If it's for publication, then they would need a photo I.D. and a signed model release, as for most sites they are in the U.S. and they demand this from all performers.
Very simply, either wear a mask or just don't let someone photograph or video you.

This is incorrect, when it comes contents of a sexual nature. This is what I was told by the police. Otherwise, no one could be prosecuted for revenge porn. E.g. You consented to make content with your partner when you were together for private use. But they share it with others/upload it online without/against your consent during/after they were with you. |

This is disgraceful and illegal. If the person has refused to remove the video then as others have suggested, inform the police. I would be going mental if someone did that to me. It’s easy to say well don’t let yourself get filmed or have photos taken but when you trust someone you don’t expect them to do something like that. Especially if it’s something both agreed on that photos, film were part of the sexual pleasure… I hope you get justice OP

But equally lesson learnt... I do like photos being taken for personal use but I will rethink this going forward x |

Please report the user and it will be looked into.
Normally you won't get any feedback with reports but in this case you will get a mail saying they are looking into it then another when resolved. |

What is wrong with people ? Surely a polite reply saying sorry from them and they thought the blindfold was enough to retain your anonimity and of course they will remove it immediately. It just all seems so ungentlemanly
Instead it's become a forum issue with people threatening to call the police and make a molehill into a mountain.
I dunno. some people are not the brightest buttons in the button tin. |

OP did ask them to take if down. They blocked her and kept it up so yes she would be well within her rights to call the police. Pictures posted without consent and especially if they refuse to take them down can be a police matter. |
