can anyone tell me why I am having problems getting into the old rooms, it tries to connect without success, it used to happen then tell me it was authenticating, but cant get in at all now

Some times old userplane goes down and needs a little help from admin to bump it up if they online

Try deleting temp internet files, restart computer
