You can message and ask admin but as you are verified as a single they may not do it.
Why not just start a separate couples profile, all ypu need is another e-mail address |

Contact Admin and they can change it for you, just remember to let them know what gender to change it to.
FYI
For those saying that they won't change a MF profile to a single Male. That is incorrect. Any couple profile can be changed to a single, but a single verified male can't be changed to a MF couple. |
