Has anyone else had messages disappear?

A couple unread message that were present 2 days ago are gone now. The other messages in the chat are still there.

If the unread are not from the same as the rest, it's more than likely they've left the site

They were messages I sent to the users. The previous part of the conversation is still there and they are on the site site. I have seen where messages were deleted but these just disappeared.

Could you have accidentally deleted them, it happens when scrolling through list of messages

Maybe try clearing the cookies for the site, and see it they reappear
