I didn't think it's would have to come to this but I'm obviously wrong I opened a cpls profile here a couple of months ago we are very well verified picture verified email verified and we cannot post a meet comment in the forums or post a topic the girl who I'm seeing her profile is the same iv been contacting admin every day with 3 weeks and was contacting weekly before then we have had zero response from admin and we are fully paid up gold supporters since we have had this issue we have found numerous peaple with the same issues some who have been on here as long as 12 months and they say they get no response from admin
Shame one you admin I think you need to look after people who are supporting you and using your services I'm posting this from my old profile that's I don't really use anymore but if we don't get help to are issues we're going to just delete profiles and body else had same issues and how to resolve |

Theres different levels of admin, ie some verify photos, some monitor rooms so on and forth.
You need to contact site owners .

soon the usual army of the fab faithful will be in here defending what sounds to me like the indefensible. no contact at all is just not good enough. they're probably relying on you to be too embarrassed to get on to trading standards. don't be.

Maybe you have bans on your couple or her single profile. Admin will only message you if they are going to lift it.

Also if you have been bombarding admin constantly about it, that's likely not helped your cause. |

Your post is very difficult to read.
It may be that the profiles have been reported. And so on a timeout.
Check your inbox for any messages from admin.
Draft a message, and review before sending,it may take a while.
Something along the lines of simple factual statement and a question:
Good morning
I am having trouble with my profile in that I cannot post a meet or start a forum topic.
Please could you advise if this is a glitch or if there is another reason.

We do this for fun and get hundreds of mails a day so we can't respond personally to questions about the site or your account. We recommend if you have a problem or can't figure out how something works, you post to the site help forum. If we responded to everything that people sent us, we'd spend all our time (and more!) doing that and not improving/running/fixing the site. Or, we'd have to employ customer service goons to read and respond to questions from a minority of users at everyone's expense and we'd not be able to do as much as we can for so little cost to you. We do read all mail you send and encourage feedback. If you have reported a problem with the site we will fix it. |
