Can't post on forums with couples account

So I've tried contacting admin as can't post on forums with my couples account and the account is new in past 4 weeks I've tried messaging has anyone had similar issues and if so how long did it take to be resolved?

Ask Admin from the contact link to review/ sort for you.

If they are going to lift the block they will mail and let you know. If you don't get an answer back they will have reviewed your contact and decided the block is staying.
