A message I sent has now disappeared along with all my side of the conversation.

The person hasn't logged on in 2 months so it hadn't even been read.

I thought being a site supporter chat threads of both parties where saved

Obviously you get the option to save them, but if a user is inactive messages do go, but strange like you say just one side

Normally messages only disappear when the other person has left the site
