Unable to post on forums

I have several Fab friends who cant post on the forum at all ... They can read them but are unable to post.
Any advice on why or how they can fix this issue ... as they pay to be here but aren't able to make full use of the site because of this.

Is it cause they're not verified. That said, I guess you verify them. |

They are verified ... actually have more verifications than I do and been here longer. Just seem to be unable to post ... seems strange 🤷🏼♀️ |
