Hi.
Tried to upgrade by text several times and it didnt work.
Tried again tonight and it didn't seems to.
So I tried the number and my phone rejected it as a premium number.
Then I got a text from gifgaf saying I'd been charged from my balance.
How is this so yet I've not entered a call nor received a text?
I've followed the "feedback" form as it seems to be the only way to send any. Message.. But it says it may never be read.
This just isn't good. I'd like my money back. Please assist.
