Verifying people

I can’t seem to verify anyone, keeps telling me only verified people can access this part? I’m photo verified but how do I verify someone I’ve met and vice versa ?

You have to be meet verified before you can verify anyone else. Photo verified doesn't count. That only verifies that you are male.

You have to meet someone that is meet verified then they can verify you and you can verify them back.

The people are meet verified who I met. So do you mean that they need to verify me first and then I can verify them back?
