Unable to chat on mobile

Hi just wondered if anyone had a problem. I could use my mobile at the weekend on the chat. However when i now try i get message window limit reached. I have clear as advised and also logged on via pc to check no open windows....any help woild be appreciated

I think the "window limit reached" message is from your phone browser, rather than from the site. I'd try rebooting your phone.
