hi
has it says above we was banned from chat well over six mths ago now. yes i was wrong and hold my ands up. but would realy like to go back on chat. but nobody replys to messages with have sent. or was even told how long the ban was for. how do i speak to someone about this matter. |

If it has been 6 months then it would be a permanent ban.
But if you think a mistake has been made the contact Admin and ask them to review it for you.
If they plan to lift the ban they will let you know, if you don't hear back then they stand by their decision.
