Friends unable to access Forum and Meets

Hello there,
My friends' couples profile mostly works across FabSwingers, but unfortunately they cannot access the Forum or the Meets parts of the site.
They have tried using the "contact us" part of the website, and have emailed, but have received no response.
Is anyone able to advise what is going on?
This has been an issue since they created their profile - they have never been able to post in the forum (and they especially want to ask for help!) or a meet. |

have they contacted admin from the following?

If they are going to lift the block they will mail and let them know. If they don't get an answer back they will have reviewed their contact and decided the block is staying. |
