Hi. It says we have an unread message but when we go into messages there aren’t any unread ones?!

I did delete an unread 1 by mistake the other day?

Any ideas please?

Open all your messages again, it usually means the person messaged you again as you read their message before

I've had that but normally because I haven't deleted/opened a notification on the phone, probably not your issue though as you've done a reboot.
