The one about posting in the Politics room?

You can post in there as you have been.

What makes you think that you can't?

"Is the thread still there that you were posting on?"

I think he means messages rather than forum posts (could be wrong) as there's no warnings if posts are removed, but there are on PM's.

May have contained a banned word of course......

I'm intermittently not being able to post in the politics forum agsin. Not sure if there is a banned word in it as it is not giving me a warning. Is there any way I can send it privately so you can vet it and tell me if there is something wrong?

I started to get the same problem on another forum and it looked to be an intermittant problem with my VPN.

Rebooted my router and all seems well!

Thanks for your assistance!

Yes it does fix around 70% of problems. In my early days when I worked in 2nd line support always asked "have you tried rebooting?

Yep tried that

Hmmm actually according to my VB tool that scans your event log it hans't been rebooted in 3 months.

No your computer is not the thing that looks like a TV. No don't touch the plug sockets I'll reboot it clean remotley.

Hey at least I was getting paid for it
