Deleting and blocking

We've been a member for over 10 yrs.
Two things that are not working for us anymore for some reason.
1) we are unable to delete messages from our saved message folder, even those that are no longer on the site.
2) We were unable to block an abusive guy after he sent his rude message and then blocked us. I know all the ways to block someone who blocked us but none of them are working.
We use a PC mostly to communicate on the site.
Any help would be appreciated.

Deleting saved messages on a phone works, just tried. So the issue is with the PC version of the site. |

It is not. nor is copying the name and dropping it in the blocked list, or typing it in the blocked list. |

So you're still able to see his full profile? |

If you can see hid profile go onto it press the menu button and press block. |

No I can't see his profile because he blocked us after his rude message. In the past when someone blocks us after a parting shot, I would high their name and past it into the blocked list.
Reason for this.
Someone was rude to us, say 8 years ago, then they blocked us. fine....When we were off line they would unblock us and send another rude message the block us again. I figured out that if you highlighted the name you could counter block them as stated above..
Unfortunately, there are people on here that have nothing better to do than screw with people. |

Are you sure he hasn't deleted his profile or that admin haven't placed a block between you? |

His profile is still there but her hasn't been on in a while. How would I know if an admin placed a block between us? |
