Am I able to verify someone who has blocked single guys but I know them away from this site.

If you know them away from the site ask them to briefly unblock single guys so you can verify them. Or they could wink or message you which would allow you to verify them.

Winking or messaging doesn't remove the filter they would need to remove it 1st before they could verify them
