Hi folks,
Friend of ours having considerable difficulty with her profile.
She logged out 2 days ago and can't get back in. She never logged out before so she wouldn't need to remember her password but has logged out accidentally.
Here is the problem, the email address linked to password reset was deactivated a Good time ago so if she did a password reset it will go to the deactivated email account.
Have emailed website admin for help but we could be waiting a long time for a reply?
Anyone have any fixes?
