Wondering why my couples account is restricted

Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help with this?
For some reason my new couples profile has been restricted and it says I can't log in without doing a photo verification As we're solo-poly we don't live together and don't expect to be meeting again until the end of next week so we're not in a position to take a joint photo yet.
Thing is I've already paid as a site supporter. So I have two questions.
1) Any of you encountered this?
2) As a site supporter will I get my lost days back? |

You can send in two pictures , they may get rejected as they might come into the queue at a different time, if so contact Admin from this profile mentioning your couples username and they will check it for you.

Any account type can be required to do a photo verification, presumably there are automated triggers behind it.
With site supporter status, I don't know if it is placed on hold until you successfully photo verify. However I would assume that you are losing days until the photo verification is complete.
