I cant remember my password but need to change it to a new one.. You cant seem to change to a new password without knowing you're old one?

If you are logged in you may be able to have admin reset it for you without an email reminder.

Just use the forgotten password link on the login screen, assuming you have access to the email address there should be no need to contact admin with you can self service
