Logout and use the password reset option on the login page. Get to a stage where you can login then change your username.

Not really any reason to forget a password with modern browsers remembering stuff

Best way is to use the settings within the browser so you can save both the email and password that are connected with what you use and autofill it makes everything easier

Nope, we changed ours recently and it doesn’t impact verifications
