Every cam we try and join the video quality looks like someone is going live from a Nokia 3310. Is this due to the site not able to stream higher resolutions or is everyone genuinely using vintage cameras

I was told my cam had a similar appearance when in chat rooms last night, issue went away when I used my iPad cam so put it down to a faulty camera
