Chat rooms on iPad

When I enter a chat room on my iPad - the message area displays the chat messages - but then continues to do it every 2 seconds or so.

Is this what I should expect from using an apple product?

I'm afraid so! I believe that a browser called Puffin will improve matters, but I can't remember whether it will allow you to see or broadcast cams.

Can see cams in puffin but not transmit yours !!!

time for apple to sort there products out!

Not interested in cams - just want to be able to chat
