We get a message saying

“You're not currently ok to chat.”

It had been working fine. Using an iPhone when trying to access.

Check the browser settings that you have given permission to use camera and microphone then give permission on the site in the chat rooms

I think that we have been banned, not a clue why though. We tried on the computer, and got the same “you are not ok to chat” message. I have emailed support and had nothing back either. A bit disappointing that we have had no indication as to why this has happened. Will cancel our membership if we get no explanation.
