I have a single female account and since having it, I can't seem to post of the forums or comment on any posts.
I've sent multiple messages but this ban (that I've had since joining) doesn't seem to be lifted.
I haven't broken any rules that I know of and it's only the forums that's affected.
Any help? |

I had the same when I had a single and couples account.
Drop them another message. They can resolve it for you, just need to catch the right person.

We had this last time we were on here. No one ever responded to us and in the end we left, seemed a bit rubbish paying money and not being able to use the site. That was about a year ago, and since we’ve been back it’s been fine. We never had a ban/warning, it just stopped working for us. |
