I have another slightly less vanilla account and am not a site supporter for that.
I cannot post on the forums, instead it comes up with a white screen and an option for a new topic.
I've seen this issue raised on here before and the response is to contact admin and ask them to review the ban.
However I can't see how my other account can be banned from the forums because I've never been able post anything on them!
Firstly how can I tell if I've been banned rather than a system bug?
Secondly when I contact admin (which I have done numerous times) do I need to put my username and/or email address in the correspondence or will they know it automatically because it's come from my account? Unfortunately they have never responded to any of my queries. |

People don't normally need multiple profiles to post on
However a forum block is not a bug and you don't need to have used the forum to get it. Please ask Admin from the contact link to review/ sort for you.
You should ask from the profile that has the block.
