Our pics being used on fake account

A few days ago we reported someone for using our pics on their relatively newly formed account. Admin acted promptly and suspended the account. The account has now been reinstated and they are still using our picture on their account and as their avatar!! Our pic was added 3 years ago, theirs, just this month. Disappointed that admin have allowed the continued use of our photos.

If it is disabled then the avatar still shows if they uploaded it to it...if you report again Admin will make sure the pic is removed while keeping it disabled
