How did you pay for it? If text its usually instant. Theres a link on the site supporter page direct to admin for help

Why does your site supporter not accept PayPal? Tried several times to upgrade and keeps saying can’t be completed. Return to merchant. My PayPal works for other things today so it’s not PayPal.

In what way were you trying to pay for it? Could be a premium number block by your provider
