I'd copy n paste to a text editor such as notepad or wordpad (or mac equivalents) edit the formatting until it looks right again and then drop it into your profile.
You'd have to do the middle step as sometimes copying text seems to lose spaces/line breaks etc.
Just be aware that it may look wrong on different browsers or devices regardless.
Final thought, and this is just personal opinion so please disregard if you don't agree: If you do put ascii art on your profile, please only put a small pic up. I've seen profiles with the heart, naked lady, cross for soldiers and ribbon for soldiers. By the time I've scrolled through all that I really can't be bothered to read the actual profile. Again just my opinion and not meant as a critisism or anything nasty. |
