"If you've ever winked at them or replied to a mail from them before the filters don't apply. Even a no thanks reply will mean they can mail you regardless of any filters"

Most times when people try to change age to get around blocks, they remain blocked but there are some instances this doesn't work depending on the sequence of events. This is probably one of those, but we'll check + try and block it
(in meantime just block)
