How do I categorise my pics

I have seen the feature bit dont know where to go to categorise my pics.

Pics without categories will have a link next to them. Just click the link.

Link says 'not yet categorised'... Not sure how you would change the category

You click on the 'not yet categorised' and it gives you categories to choose from.
