Can't post meets/in forums

We have a second profile which has been running for several months now. We're photo and meet verified and site supporters. We can't post meets or in the forum from that profile.

We've already tried the contact owners link on 3/4 separate occasions asking for help with no change.

Can any of the mods help please?

Took me a good few attempts to contact admin in the beginning when I couldn't post, just need to keep trying
