My screen shows we have an unread message in the icon at the top, but when we click on it it wont take us to the screen where it would normally be in yellow to tead it.
We have been right through our messages and all are showing as read. We are still getting messages and are able to read them these are subsquent numberes.
Anyone know whats going on ? |

You will have received 2 messages at the same time from the same person. When you clicked on the most recent it showed as Read but the one before it would still be Unread.
Maybe scroll through the messages in your inbox to find the unread one. |
