I can't verify my friend

Can anyone help me?... I have a verified profile but I can't verify my friend who is here also, I have verified a couple of guys I met but it wont let me verify my pal - I've tried 4 times now :S xx

Was his profile made on ur computer or used ur Internet?

It doesn't allow you to verify anyone you have ever shared an internet connention with.
