i have the same issue i have tried chrome,firefox,edge same on all.
work ok on mobile
i checked setting to allow camera and microphone all seen ok and turned on.
mine say not connected or blocked from site,which i guess it is as it works on skype fine.
i have no clue how to resolve this !!
