I don't think PP take fees but not 100%, hopefully someone who has paid by PP will know the answer.
It is added to your account normally straight away
It isn't a recurring payment no. It will run out unless you buy it again |

We pay by PP all the time and never any fees, but if memory serves there is a minimum payment of £20 on one, just we're not sure if that is payment by card and not PP, and is why we always use PP. Hope this helps OP |
