Hi, my friend and I are both on Fabswingers. But for some reason, we cannot see each others profiles.
When we put each others username in search function it doesn’t come up (neither of our profiles are hidden) and when we put each others username in the URL it gives the usual “this used has either been suspended, has blocked you or you have blocked them” for both of us…..
….However, Neither of us is suspended, and we are sitting next to each other and neither of us has the other blocked?!?!
I reported to admin months ago as a potential bug but nothing. Anyone any ideas? |

Yes we have already tried that. We can both see & access each others profiles when we are not logged in. And I also made a 2nd temporary profile to check and could access his profile on that. It just seems to be that neither of us can access each other when we are logged in. And we can’t figure out why |

And that is due to the Same internet connection. Because it also happens when trying to leave a verification on the same connection  |

Try using the reply and quote when replying per comment
Then I suggest either of you use the contact us link at the bottom of your profile and let admin investigate |

Try using the reply and quote when replying per comment

As I said in my original post, I’ve already done that. I did it again earlier and it says “we don’t give personal replies, try using the forums”, hence why I’ve posted on here.
I’ve had a few users message me off the back of this post saying they experience the same issue for a few profiles where they know neither of them has blocked the other |

As I said in my original post, I’ve already done that. I did it again earlier and it says “we don’t give personal replies, try using the forums”, hence why I’ve posted on here.

It does seem to be a tech issue because I'd unblocked someone then tried to search by name and says no user by this then clicked on previous message to go to the profile and was able to |

This is happening to me also..
I was originally able to find them and send a message but now the message is not in sent item and we are both receiving the same error when searching and neither have blocked.
I have tried clicking on their name from a mutual friends verifications as suggested but no unblock option.. does it only work from a forum post ?
Any other suggestions
