Changing single account to couple

Is there a way I can change my profile from single to a couple one? Although it is written in a few places people still approach like I am single.

You are verified as a single so you probably cannot change it!

You can message Admin, from the contact button option, to request it. But, as Northyorkypair state, it may not be possible.
