Membership renewal

I have never had problems renewing before, so just checking that there are no issues today?

I renewed this morning but didn't get a reply text. There was no money taken from my phone credit after 3 hours, so I tried renewing again. This time two lots of £5 were subtracted from my credit but still no text!

Any ideas, I am on Giffgaff.
