Photo Upload Count Issue

Outskirts of Cardiff just off the M4

This morning when trying to upload a new photo, we were denied with the following message:

You've got the maximum total images allowed on your account already. If you go back and delete some, you can add new ones.

We are Gold supporters and the message says we have uploaded 550 photos which is not the case and incorrect. Has anyone else recently had this issue and were admin able to rectify it quickly?
